  Place was very busy, and therefor a little slow, but it was my first visit so can't say it's that slow all of the time. The ice cream was very good though. My biggest "complaint" would be the layout is not very good for so many customers. If you attempt to sit at one of the tiny tables along the wall, you have to deal with the people in line constantly bumping you, your chair, or table. It is also very difficult to make it to the back if you need to use the restroom. The unfortunate thing is, every Cold Stone I've been to has had this design flaw so it is not unique to this location.

  It's always nice when they stare at you and laugh while whispering to each other as they serve everyone after you. It being late i have gratuity as a courtesy only to be served in triple the time quoted, burnt, inedible churro caramel crave.
  The laughing only continued after the girl was reminded why i was the only customer standing at the front of the store. Working in the customer industry I am aware of appearances and this only appeared to be poor customer service. Sadly the ride home only left a mess in my car. Probably feeding some animal better than it could've myself.
  I'd like to say there was a reason for me to want to return but other locations are too out of my way to go I'm not wasting money as this location ever again. I know in my industry reviews are taken seriously and i would hope at least some of this is confronted. Maybe when traveling, i can be near one and enjoy it again but sadly that's almost never at theright time.
